Is it really free to use?
Yes! SchoolFundraising is 100% free, with no contracts, no subscription plan, and no surprise fees — thanks to the generosity of optional tips from your donors. The only fees deducted from the funds you raise are to cover the payment processing fees of our payment processor Stripe (2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction). These fees allow your donations to be securely processed, and your funds to be securely deposited into your account at the end of your fundraiser.
Is it complicated to use the platform?

What can I raise money for?

Is sharing on social media and SMS supported?
Certainly! Participants are provided with an exclusive link that they can easily share on social media or via text messages, enabling them to reach a wide audience effortlessly. Any donations received through this shared link will be directly attributed to the entire campaign, guaranteeing optimal visibility and backing.
Do I need to sign up or create an account to donate?
No. By sharing the fundraising link with your community, they can easily donate with just a few clicks, no need to register or log in.
Can donors make tax-deductible donations?
Unfortunately, donations made through SchoolFundraising are not tax-deductible. While we aim to simplify the fundraising process, these contributions do not qualify for tax deductions.
Are donations secure?
Yes! Our payment processing is done securely through reputable providers such as Stripe. Additionally, we take measures to secure our platform with SSL encryption, offering donors a sense of security and peace of mind.
How quickly can I access my funds?
We will hold your funds safely until your fundraiser has ended and you are ready to withdraw it. You can transfer your funds directly to your bank account or a debit card via Stripe, or we can mail you a physical check.
